Frequently asked questions
General information on pests :
Observation. Apart from the fact that you can see them directly, pests leave traces (droppings, odors, waste, material damage, missing food, etc.).
We treat all types of pests: flying insects (wasps, hornets, flies, etc.), crawling insects (cockroaches, bedbugs, etc.), rodents (rats and mice), birds, moles, etc.
Our services :
We work with both private individuals and companies.
We offer disinsectisation, deratting and disinfection (3D) services. Depending on the type of pest and its location, we use different techniques to combat an infestation.
Response times vary according to your schedule. As a general rule, we intervene within 24 hours for the most urgent needs, and between 48 and 72 hours for structural requests.
The products we use are legal and for professional use only. We use every means at our disposal to protect the environment.
Prevention :
This depends on the type of pest and the level of infestation. As pest control is a repetitive operation, it often takes several weeks before an infestation is completely eradicated.
For some specific treatments, such as spraying and fumigation, you'll need to leave the premises for several hours.
During spraying and fumigation, all people and animals must leave the premises.
We provide preventive advice orally or in a report after each intervention.
Price and warranty :
The cost of each service depends on the level of infestation, the type of pest, the layout of the premises and the degree of urgency. An estimate is systematically provided prior to each intervention.
Yes, we recommend regular maintenance contracts for businesses and condominiums. This makes pest control a recurring rather than a one-off activity.
There is no extra charge for urgent work, unless you specifically request a time slot already occupied by another customer's appointment.
Pest control also requires adaptation and action on your part. In this respect, we make recommendations but unfortunately cannot offer a guarantee of results, only a guarantee of means.
Contact and support:
You can contact us via our telephone number, our contact form or by e-mail.
Yes, we work all over Belgium.
Yes, we always give you a free estimate before any work is carried out. We only start work once you've accepted our quote. A free estimate does not mean that we'll come and inspect your whole house because you've heard a noise or think you have a pest. This is considered an inspection in itself. If, in our opinion, a visit is necessary to draw up a quotation, this visit is free of charge.
This means that we answer the phone or e-mail at any time and that we can arrange an appointment with you at any time (night, weekend, etc.). This does not necessarily mean that we are available immediately. We have other customers and obligations.
